Inyati Construction is a multi-disciplinary civil engineering and building contractor operating mainly in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa.

Our experience lies in executing civil infrastructure for residential township developments and commercial factory buildings. We have also completed more complex projects including bridges, major culverts and earth-retaining structures.

Our company currently holds a level 7CE PE grading with the Construction Industry Development Board.

Inyati Construction was registered as a Closed Corporation in 1997 and started operating on the 1^st of March in the same year.

The Company’s founder had a personal approach to his contracts, where attention to detail was evident. It was this approach that resulted in the completion of quality projects on time, ensuring the return of regular clients.

In April 2015 the Closed Corporation changed to a Proprietary Limited Entity. The shareholding of Inyati Construction changed on the 1^st of August 2016, when the company was purchased as a going concern.

The new shareholding has a 51% BEE Female element and the company currently holds a level 1 BBBEE. The company is registered as a level 7CE PE with the Construction Industry Development Board.

Over the past 23 years, Inyati Construction has successfully completed several projects of a highly technical nature, as well as numerous other contracts for major national building companies.

Inyati Construction remains a well-respected company and widely known to local authorities, private developers and consulting engineers.
