Company History
Inyati Construction CC was established and registered as a Close Corporation in 1997. Through a commitment to personalized service, quality workmanship, and attention to detail, the company built strong relationships with clients, resulting in repeat business and a growing client base.
In April 2015, the company transitioned from a Close Corporation to a Proprietary Limited (Pty) Ltd entity.
In August 2016, the shareholding structure of Inyati Construction changed to its current form following the acquisition of the company as a going concern.
The new shareholding has a 51% BEE Female element and the company is currently a level 2 BBBEE contributor. The company is registered as a level 7CE PE with the Construction Industry Development Board.
Inyati Construction remains a well-respected company and widely known to local authorities, private developers and consulting engineers.

Inyati Construction holds various Mentorship Programmes. We strongly believe that the transferring of skills has not only played a vital role in the development of our staff, but has also contributed to the longevity of our company.
